Established in 2016, our company arose from the need to navigate social media restrictions, which were causing safety concerns for students. Our VPN solution provided a means to bypass these blocks, empowering our peers to stay connected with the wider world.

In early 2018 we first got involved with school safety movements. The challenges we faced pushed us to create Veilock VPN, it was our way of keeping communication open in schools.

Our founding members understood the significance of our bypassing technology and its specific benefits, especially in places like schools. That's when we decided to expand our simple solution.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we played a (small) part in supporting research and vaccine development. We collaborated with 'Folding@Home,' contributing our computing power to aid in their protein-crunching tasks.

We offer both TCP and UDP solutions. Our UDP option provides better speeds as it lacks reliability (that is added through TCP). Protocol, encryption, and distance heavily effect speed. Our VPN servers frequently have 10-gigabit to 40-gigabit networking to allow large data streams.

Veilock does bypass the great firewall of China and allows people in the region to circumvent censorship and access western media in a breeze.

As stated in our Terms of Service agreement, torrenting and distribution/downloading of illegal content is not allowed. You must comply to the jurisdictional laws of the location which you connect to. Veilock reserves the right to suspend service should we receive abuse reports. We do, however, offer Streaming Servers (based in Switzerland) where we have removed the torrent/P2P blocking technology. Torrenting is only allowed on our Streaming Servers.

Absolutely! We understand that sometimes our service may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a refund policy within 7 days of purchasing Veilock. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, simply open a support ticket or visit our billing panel to cancel your subscription and request a refund.
